Kieslowski's 'Red'

This book displays a scene in Kieslowski's film ‘Red’. We see a subjective view of the protagonist
entering a house. After taking a look around the same protagonist enters this view. Obviously
the subjective view got replaced by an objective view. The book offers the possibility to try to
find the picture where the replacement has taken place.

Words of the year

The 'Words of the year 1989 - 2008' display key topics, events and references
to public debates in Germany over the last 20 years. In this installation the words
are mobilised and thus get the possibility of relating to one another. It was built
for three events under the topic '20 years after Germany's reunion', which took
place at the Villa Ida in Leipzig.

Can You Bear It?

The poster attempts to examine the possibilities of a poster itself. The most important
part of the picture has fallen on the ground. It calls the viewer to re-attach it in order to
see the poster. By doing so the viewer himself completes it.
